My partner Ben and I signed up for different reasons. Ben is a keen runner and was suffering a lot of injuries - a physio told him he needed to improve his core strength so these online workouts came at the perfect time for Ben to get stronger. I’ve been training with Greg for a while and needed some motivation to lose a bit more weight and get stronger ready to start marathon training. 

 

We love being able to do workouts together at a time that is convenient for us and love the variation between body weight and weighted workouts. We are still able to keep running and it also encourages us to get out and walk in the evenings. The recipes are amazing and so easy to make (even for me who hates cooking). Our favourite is the protein bars - which we still make every week. 

 

A couple of months in & I've lost 5lbs, 2inches from my waist and gained on my biceps  💪🏼 

 

Ben's weight stayed the same but he's gained 2inches on his biceps and chest. Would recommend to anyone to get involved. Can’t wait too keep this going Greg!

Having just completed my 1st month, I’ve not only lost 3lb in weight but I’ve lost 3 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my hips and toned up from top to bottom losing an inch everywhere else. 

 

The workouts and motivation on the facebook group have been brilliant and kept me focused. 

 

The meal ideas provided inspiration and I have really enjoyed trying new things.

 

This has completely changed my mindset and I am still getting my steps up in the day as well as squeezing in a workout of some kind.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the workouts. I love that there are lots of styles workout depending on your mood or what you enjoy. I think there is a really good blend of cardio, toning and stretch. I loved doing the pilates sessions too, I've missed doing them! I like the motivational posts and videos on the social group especially with ideas to do with a young family. We did loads of pushchair walks and even bikes rides/jogs with Aurora (4 years).

 

Thanks so much for putting this together. I've definitely become more motivated to be more active and be mindful of what I eat.

The workouts on Realize Fit On Demand are great. I like the fact that I can access them whenever I want so I can plan when to fit them in depending on what I have on. The (mostly!) short workouts keep my attention and motivation too. I've lost 5.5lbs and 5cm from my tummy in the 1st couple of months. I’m really pleased I signed up!

I really enjoy these online workouts, it gives me great focus and motivation. It makes sure that I switch off after work at a good time. It's great seeing what everyone else is doing in the fb group which continues to motivate me.

 

Really enjoying the variety of workouts as well. Trying the Pilates was great so much harder than what I would have imagined, ache more after that some of the strength or HIIT workouts! 

 

I have lost 4lb which is good especially as I only want to maintain my weight really so that's an added bonus. As well as experimenting with new recipes. Also I have noticed the difference in my overall fitness, being able to run/jog for longer without running out of breath etc. 

 

Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I still have work to do and I’m going to continue exercising and eating better. But this program helped me kick start my fitness and exercise and make me feel better! I love all the support and the Facebook group it keeps me going and motivated!
