It's so easy to do this form of exercise at home. You just need space to roll out a mat and you're good to go. At home you can focus on yourself, get a great mind body connection and simply roll the mat away when you are done!
Our classes are mixed ability with levels offered throughout. We also have sessions dedicated to Pilates for Beginners to give you a great foundation to build from.
