The Secret Diet Club - next intake 16th May 

The Secret Diet club isn't about quick fixes or over restriction. It's first and foremost about building the right mindset to make long term sustainable changes. We want to educate you and give you tools you need to to feel confident in applying them to your life. 

 

Based on our Five Foundation Pillars, we'll take you through an 8 week programme with a view to you becoming a happier, healthier version of you.

Couch to core is for anyone new to Pilates, people recovering from injury, post-natal or equally Pilates pro’s looking to take it back to basics.

Most of us know about the benefits of cardio based exercise for overall fitness. But strength training is so important for getting leaner and changing the shape of your body.

 

Try our 6-week Strength ‘Strong in 6’ programme to get stronger, fitter and start to see some changes in your body. Designed for absolute beginners, you will be expertly coached on form and technique, progressing through from bodyweight to weighted workouts.
